All the Tile Designer products are great, working as advertised.
Beware if you have a Mac however. I've used these in 10.3, 10.4, and 10.5, and all of the Tile Designer PDFs fail completely in Preview, and using them in any version of Acrobat Reader makes them un-usably slow. I have to use My Windows XP machine at work to make the tiles.
Having the ability to export the tiles as an image would make this THE most usable tool available.
