I really do enjoy this product. I run my GURPS game via Discord, so the blueprint preview I ordered works well.
I can populate and customize the dungeon to my game.
I did have an issue where I could not find the download for the Caverns of Chaos preview I wanted to try. I emailed support with my frustration, and Mario was very quick to answer with a solution.
(There is a problem when you use Chrome, but I was able to get it downloaded from Firefox.)
Another thing I was looking for and could not find, was a key or legend of what the symbols mean. Perhaps that is included in a full blueprint, not just a preview? I don't know.
This is not a dealbreaker issue, so I WILL be ordering more blueprints in the future. So, for the quality of the blueprints and the excellent customer service, good job!
