# of attacks per round

Hi! I just purchased Starfight, plus expansions over the weekend and am planning on running it for a local gameday this weekend.

I just have one little rules question: If a ship has more than one box for a weapon, are those seperate weapons, or do all those dice total into one weapon. The rules seem to read the latter, but I just wanted to check, since ships are allowed to launch multiple torpedoes. (I thought his might also mean multiple laser attacks as well, but I see nothing to support this in the rules)

Overall, I am very pleased with this neat little game. This is the space combat game I've been looking for years for: Easy and fun, and also inexpensive to boot! I can't wait to spring it on my group this weekend!

You are correct, even if a ship has multiple banks of weapons it can fire only once per round.
